I adopted Apollo in June of 2013 after seeing him posted on Facebook. Saving him was a life changing event for me. He is my best friend and is rarely far from my side. He'll be 3 in late October or early November. Apollo enjoys snuggling, sleeping, being outside, chewing up stuffed animals, playing fetch, and car rides. Brutus is 9 years old. He was given to me by a local rescue because I know the director of that rescue and she knew I have experience with ebds and aggressive dogs. He was 4.5 when I got him and lived most of his previous life in a crate. And is mostly deaf. He didn't like, respect, or trust humans when I got him. I had to educate myself in order to give him the life he has now. Learning to meet his need for rules, boundaries, and limitations has taught me a lot about dealing with a dominant and territorial dog. Now he's generally content and actually seeks touch and attention. Brutus enjoys butt scratches, naps, laying on warm concrete in the sun, walks in the park, car rides, food, food, and food.

You are so blessed Grace! Apollo seems like he is such a great dog and a huge part of your life. All the work you do for the breed is very much appreciated too! Welcome to the forum, I hope to see more of you and this handsome devil around.
